Asset Valuation Services CC an independent property valuation and consultancy practice, based in Johannesburg, South Africa, was established in August 2002, by Paul Rimbault, a Professional Valuer, registered with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession ( Registration No 1792/5.)
Paul is a member of the South African Institute of Valuers as well as a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He has in excess of 35 year’s experience in the valuation of real estate assets.
Asset Valuation Services provides a property valuation and consultancy service throughout South Africa and neighbouring Southern African Countries and specialises in the valuation of retail, commercial, industrial, residential and development properties. Our clients include international companies, listed corporate and property funds, insurance companies, major financial institutions as well as private individuals. We have also undertaken valuation and consultancy assignments for the United States and Australian Governments with regard to their local and international property requirements.
A sample of our clients for whom we have recently acted includes Deloitte & Touche, Obaro, African Bank, Imperial Properties, Ubunono Properties, Redefine Properties, Dipula Property Income Fund, Mergence Africa Property Investment Trust, Emerald Fire Investments (Pty.) Ltd., and Abseq.
We have an association with Plant and Machinery valuers based in Johannesburg and Durban.
